WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE PRICE OF THE ROOM?

It's all-inclusive! When you book through our room block, your package includes all meals, drinks, and activities at the resort during your stay.

Suite-only bookings include free round-trip transportation to and from Cancun Airport to the resort.

Suite and Flight Packages come with a 25% discount on private transportation.

Certain restaurants, bars, and areas within the resort are exclusive to Excellence Club members. When booking your room, you have the option to choose a standard room or an Excellence Club room. We recommend considering the Excellence package, especially for longer stays.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?

The sooner the better. To receive the promotion code, reservations must be made before March 1st, 2025.

WHEN SHOULD I GET TO THE RESORT AND HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY?

Guests must stay for a minimum of 3 nights to receive the promotion code. We suggest our guests arrive on or prior to Wednesday to attend our Welcome Party on Wednesday evening.

We realize the wedding day will go by in an instant, so we warmly invite everyone to stay as long as you wish. We would truly love your company to make the most of this special experience with us!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO MEXICO, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

When landing in Mexico from the United States, here’s what you can generally expect:

Customs and Immigration: After disembarking, you'll go through immigration. Have your passport and tourist card (often provided on the flight) ready. The process is usually straightforward, but lines can vary.
Luggage Claim: After immigration, you’ll collect your checked luggage. Keep an eye on the screens for your flight number to know which carousel to go to.
Customs Declaration: You’ll pass through customs, where you may need to declare items if you have them. In many airports, you may have to press a button that determines if you need a secondary inspection.
Transportation: After customs, you’ll find transportation options like taxis, shuttles, and ride-sharing services. The Excellence car service - Seasons Tours are located outside the airport at the end of the terminal. Follow the signs for ground transportation, and continue until you reach the outside designated area for Seasons Tours. (Any Car Services will point you to Seasons Tours if you ask)
Stay informed about health recommendations, such as drinking bottled water. Avoid using tap water for drinking or brushing your teeth. You can safely consume drinks with ice, as they are made from filtered water.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIPS:

To help streamline your customs process and make returning to the United States more efficient we highly recommend downloading the Mobile Passport App. The Mobile Passport Application is a convenient tool that allows U.S. citizens to expedite their entry into the United States at select airports. Here’s how it works:

Application: Download the Mobile Passport Control app from the App Store or Google Play. After installing, you can create an account.
Information Entry: Fill out your passport information and answer a few customs declaration questions within the app before you arrive at the airport.
Fast Processing: Upon landing, instead of waiting in the regular lines, you can use designated Mobile Passport Control lanes. Present your mobile passport receipt and passport to a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer.
Security and Privacy: The app is secure and doesn’t store personal data after processing.
Availability: The Mobile Passport app is available at many major U.S. airports and some cruise ports, making it easier to navigate entry.

As you prepare for your trip, remember to pack sunblock! If you’re checking a bag, feel free to include it there. If you’re bringing a carry-on, please keep in mind the liquid restrictions—make sure your sunblock is 3.4 ounces (100ml) or less.
